About

I grew up in Staten Island, NY, interested in journalism, community service, theatre and dance. After graduating from Swarthmore College I traveled the country with an educational theatre company and performed Off-Broadway in The Golem of Havana and Lies My Father Told Me. In search of a role that combined my passion for theatre and education, I landed at The Lower East Side Tenement Museum- a truly remarkable immigration history museum with a strong social mission. During my 5-year tenure at the museum I honed my skills in creating impactful live learning experiences tailored to diverse groups of visitors. My experience using storytelling as a way to create empathy and promote inclusion led me to my current pursuit— to create a better working world for everyone. I started my People (aka HR) journey at 1stdibs heading up Employee Experience and Learning & Development. Currently I’m at Sony Music where I lead People & Organizational Development initiatives to help individuals and teams thrive in the workplace. I recently joined the board of The Village, a talent advisory group focused on supporting working parents and caregivers.

I am a proud Coca-Cola Scholar and graduate of the School of the Staten Island Ballet. I've dabbled in everything from improv to stand-up comedy to puppetry. I live in Staten Island with my husband, Matt Hamilton, co-founder of realnice, and my son, Arlo. We love hosting dinners with friends and family, vacationing at the beach, and having impromptu dance parties.
